The goal of Thornton's Vision Zero Action Plan is to create a safe transportation system for all roadway users including pedestrians, bicyclists, transit users, and vehicle users. The Plan identifies projects and actions the City will implement to improve traffic safety on the City’s streets.

Thank you to everyone who shared insights about safety issues in our first two surveys. We received nearly 400 responses! We have incorporated your ideas into the final plan. We would love to hear from you again to ensure our recommendations fit with your vision for the community.
