What is the Santa Rosa Community-Based Transportation Plan?

Community-Based Transportation Plans (CBTPs) bring local residents, community organizations, and planning agencies together to improve mobility options for low-income communities. The goal of the CBTP is to produce a list of prioritized projects for implementation in the near, medium, and long term. Each plan includes:
- List of community-identified transportation problems
- Solutions to address these problems
- Identification of possible funding sources
- List of responsible parties to implement the plan (such as the city, SCTCA, etc.)
- A final document describing the community engagement, identified solutions, and plans to meet transportation needs of the community in the future
