The City of Carlsbad is developing a Safe Routes to School plan to identify potential street improvements in collaboration with Kelly Elementary School and the neighboring community. Safe Routes to School plans create opportunities for city staff to collaborate with students, parents, school officials and residents to develop a plan that reflects the needs of the surrounding community.

Please take a moment to point out locations where you think improvements could be made to support students, families and community members to safely walk, bike or drive in the area near Kelly Elementary School. Input will be used to create a Safe Routes to School plan that will include short-and long-term infrastructure improvements directly around the school.
